One year training program to understand and develop the skill ecosystem in the selected rural and tribal areas.

कौशल मित्र एनएसडीसी और अन्य सरकारी संस्थानों के बीच एक कड़ी के रूप में काम करेंगे और लोगों को अधिक कमाने के लिए अपने कौशल को बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न योजनाओं को समझने में मदद करेंगे
Kaushal Mitra will work as a link between NSDC and other Government Institutes and will help people to understand the various schemes to enhance their skills to earn more.

कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद After Course Completion
एक वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद, कौशल मित्र अपने क्षेत्र में एनएसडीसी के किसी भी प्रशिक्षण भागीदार के साथ पूर्णकालिक समन्वयक बन सकते हैं। वे अपना स्वयं का प्रशिक्षण संस्थान भी शुरू कर सकते हैं या विशेष परामर्श कार्यक्रम के तहत उद्यमी बन सकते हैं।
After completing one year Training , Kaushal Mitra may become full time coordinator with any Training Partner of NSDC in their area. They may also start their own training institute or may become entrepreneur under special mentorship program.
प्रमाणपत्र Certificate
पाठ्यक्रम के सफल समापन के बाद कौशल मित्र को किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से विशेष प्रमाणपत्र मिलेगा।
Kaushal Mitra will get special certificate from any University or Government recognized institution after successful completion of the course.

कौशल मित्र प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सारांश Kaushal Mitra Training Program Summary
यह 1200 घंटे (40 सप्ताह) का गहन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम इच्छुक कौशल मित्रों के लिए है। इस प्रशिक्षण को पूरा करने के बाद आप देश में कौशल पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को समझ पाएंगे। आप अपने क्षेत्र में जमीनी स्तर पर कौशल और उद्यमिता पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का नेतृत्व भी करेंगे। आप अपने क्षेत्र में युवाओं के कौशल सेट को बेहतर बनाने में सहायक होंगे और साथ ही ग्रामीण स्तर पर उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित करेंगे। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के 2 भाग हैं. This 1200 Hours (40 Weeks) intensive training program is for aspiring Kaushal Mitra. After completing this training, you will be able to understand skill ecosystem in the country. You will also be leading the skill and entrepreneurship ecosystem in your area at grass root level. You will be instrumental in improving the skill set of youths in your area as well will encourage entrepreneurship at village level. This training program has 2 parts.
- भाग-1: 400 घंटे ऑनलाइन सिद्धांत प्रशिक्षण । साप्ताहिक लाइव ऑनलाइन प्रश्नोत्तरी सत्र। कोर्स पाठ्यक्रम नीचे दिया गया है। Part-1: 400 Hours Online Theory Training. Weekly live online QA sessions. Course curriculum is given below.
- भाग-2: 800 घंटे कौशल आधारित फील्ड वर्क । आप प्रशिक्षण के दौरान सीखे गए किसी भी विषय पर या अपने कौशल को निखारने के लिए विशेषज्ञों से परामर्श कर सकते हैं। Part-2: 800 Hours skill based field work. You can consult with experts on any topic learnt during the training or to refine your skills.
