Since January 2014, have been working as a Founder Director of Mulansobat Vadhtana Swanil Training Foundation’s Parents Study Circle (Literally meant "Growing together with children“). Organises camps and workshops for kids and their parents.

Announcer, Anchor and Voice Over artist for Regional radio station, various Professional programs.
Worked for leading regional newspapers (i.e. Sanchar, Tarun Bharat & Lokmat) as Sub-Editor and Supplement Editor.
Worked for Miloon Saryajani (A magazine dedicated to women empowerment) as Co-Editor.
Worked as a Master Trainer/ Block coordinator in Responsive Caregiving Program initiated by UNICEF Maharashtra and the ICDS Department of the Department of Women and Child, Government of Maharashtra in collaboration with Grammangal.
Working as a Translator with UNICEF partners.
Does Poetry and Prose reading programs.
In 2001, Sahitya Sanskruti Mahamandal (An institution dedicated for literature and culture) published her book of Poetry.
Worked as Marathi teacher for Aksharnandan School located in Pune. Designed a course for teenage girls which was taught in the renowned Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha.
Working as Executive Director with DigiTop India Multimedia Pvt Ltd.
